Solar cell using transition metal Dichalcogenide
Overview
As an environmentally friendly solar cell, light, transparent, and
flexible solar cells are required. However, a technique that
satisfies these three points has not yet been reported.
On the other hand, a transparent solar cell using a
semiconductor material such as transition metal dichalcogenide
(TMD) has been proposed as a candidate that satisfies the
above requirements.
The present invention relates to a light, transparent, and flexible
photoelectric conversion device using a TMD, and further to a
technology that enables provision of a transparent solar cell
capable of enlarging an area by an inventor's ingenuity.
