Monoclonal Anti-Human PAR1 antibody
Dr GONDA Kohsuke et al, Graduate School of Medicine, Tohoku University, constructed monoclonal antibody against human protease-activated receptor-1 (PAR1), which is involved in promotion of tumor metastasis and also known as Thrombin receptor, during their research on molecular mechanism of metastasis. This antibody may contribute to the research on activated PAR1-induced tumor metastasis. This antibody and related technology was transferred to Novus Biologicals LLC. (NOVUS) in United States, and commercially provided by NOVUS as “Thrombin Receptor Antibody (NBP1-71770)”.
