High-Strength Copper-Alloy Wire
Dr ISHIDA Kiyohito, honorary professor at Tohoku University, and his colleagues developed the technologies on high-strength copper alloy, and such technologies were transferred to and commercialized by Nippon Seisen Co., Ltd. (NIPPON SEISEN) as “INS030”. INS030 is a beryllium-free, high-strength copper-alloy wire whose strength and spring property are similar level to those of beryllium-copper alloy. INS030 also shows good characteristics on resistance to solderability, solder fracture and corrosion.
